Items should be returned unwashed, unused, and unworn in their original condition within 7 days of purchase.
Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made in person or by post.
If you have requested a refund we will notify you via email or phone once your refund has been processed, there is a 10% handling fee for returned items
If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style and size that you would prefer.
As Wild Lillies is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using parcel post with a tracking number.
If the item is faulty or has a defect Wild Lillies will access the merchanise returned and contact you via email or phone to see if you would prefer a refund or exchange.
